Antonella Mantovani | BIO

Antonella Mantovani was born in Limassol in 1971. She was raised a Latin Catholic following the tradition of her father’s Italian family origins, while her mother’s family is Armenian.

She attended the Foley’s Grammar and Junior school in Limassol before gaining her degree from the University of Cambridge and completing her postgraduate studies at the College of Europe in Belgium.

After an internship in the European Commission, she returned in 1996 and has since been working in the family company, A.L Mantovani & Sons Ltd, mainly looking after its Travel & Tourism departments.

She is fluent in Greek and English, comfortable in Italian and competent in French.

In May 2016 she won the seat of Representative of the Latin Community in the parliamentary elections.

She is married with one daughter.
